One of the exciting outcomes from Trade Day 2006 was the opportunity for suppliers and agents to collaborate with LCBO staff and delve deep into our customer’s view of the shopping experience.
Research was undertaken by business unit to better understand our customer’s decision-making process. During the breakout sessions, participants brainstormed strategies to promote sales growth within the new LCBO customer segments.
Dozens of excellent ideas and suggestions were generated, and participants voted for each session’s “top ideas”. The individual business units will set-up follow-up sessions to further explore these opportunities.
