he Hero Display provides the opportunity to create a high-impact, stand-alone display that will capture the attention of customers as they enter the store. The featured product on the Hero Display will link with the current Promotional Theme. An advertising campaign will support the Hero Display and promote the featured product(s).

Support Programs
In order to maximize the impact of this program, applicants are required to purchase a support program such as Bonus AIR MILES®, Bundled Bonus AIR MILES®, LTO, Value Add, Necktag or a Contest.
Approved suppliers are required to book a minimum of 30 tastings and will be given priority in the LCBO's Special Event Program.
Participating Stores
Participating stores include selected IMAGE Rollout, Flagship and Full Service stores that have enough space to build the Hero Display.
The total number of participating stores will be confirmed at the time of billing.

Opportunities
One display in a prominent location at the front of participating stores. The display can only be purchased provincially and will be allocated to a specific category for each Promotional Turn .
Products
One brand per display, maximum of 2 products (size formats or line extension). All participating stores will carry the approved brand for the Promotional Turn.
Product Selection Criteria
Minimum current distribution in 300 stores. The intent of this program is to promote high volume brands.
Product Placement
Hero Display locations are registered on each store's floor plan. The location of the Hero Display is not open to negotiation by suppliers. Store staff will build and merchandise the Hero Display in its defined position.
Promotional Material
The LCBO will produce and distribute product branded signage for all Promotional Turns including a Banner Stand Insert and Pricer Cards.
Advertising
Advertising costs are additional.
By agreeing to participate in the Hero Display Program, a supplier also agrees to participate in and be billed for the thematic FSI if their product is included.
The LCBO will select the most appropriate products that align with the FSI's promotional positioning.
