A significant number of agents are already participating in the LCBO's Information Sharing Program. This program provides you with the data you need to:
- Proactively react to inventory issues.
- Note how your suppliers are shipping.
- Confirm receipt dates.
- Follow up with your supplier to resolve issues.
Four reports were developed with input from our industry partners who identified which information would be most useful to share. The reports are updated and sent to you each week by e-mail (see Getting Started sidebar).
Reports available are: Purchase Order Summary, Purchase Order Status, Purchase Order Tracker, and Inventory Report. To receive the reports, you will need to meet the technical requirements and complete a Terms and Conditions of Licence Form. The completed form should be sent to the LCBO Supply Chain.
If you list with both General Purchase and VINTAGES, you may have a different Agent number for each. You will need to confirm with VINTAGES that your subscription is included in the General Purchase.
Reports Available
Purchase Order Summary
Report provides a list of General Purchase
and VINTAGES purchase orders placed with suppliers
for the previous week.
Purchase Order Status
This is a summary of outstanding
purchase orders and receipt information on purchase
orders received in the last 2 weeks or 14 days,
for General Purchase and VINTAGES.
Purchase Order Tracker
This is a summary and status report
on outstanding or recently received purchase
orders.
Inventory Summary Report
This report provides you with total
retail store case inventory levels, depot location,
case inventory levels and warehouse case inventory
levels sorted by vendor and LCBO product sequence.
It includes General Purchase and VINTAGES products.
