Contest ballots pads must tie into the Promotional Theme and be approved by the appropriate Category Manager.

Suppliers are responsible for the production of all contest ballots and delivering them to the LCBO.

The LCBO will distribute all ballots to stores.

Ballots
The supplier / agent is responsible for providing all contest ballots. The quantity required depends on the chosen display option. Please refer to the chart below to determine appropriate quantities.

Ballots are distributed to stores in order of store #. If the supplier's representive does not provide enough ballots, the LCBO will not be responsible for redistributing ballots to ensure all stores participate in the support program.

Please note the ballots must be delivered no earlier than three weeks and no later than two weeks before the start of the Promotion. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in ballots not being accepted.

In the interest of environmental awareness and cost efficiency, please reduce the amount of packaging material as much as possible.

Any shipment not adhering to these guidelines will not be accepted by the LCBO.

Failure to provide the approved material on or before the due date without notification or just cause will result in the exclusion from the program.
