The LCBO Sale of Data (SOD) site provides information to authorized agents and suppliers of the LCBO. Information available on the site includes: Subscription Access Request form, merchandising forms, and sales and inventory data. You must purchase a subscription and sign off on an LCBO licensee agreement to obtain access to the data files. See the Contacts section of this website for more information.

The Quality Assurance (QA) department carries out a wide variety of analytical testing on wines, beers and spirits. Every product is tasted, tested and certified by the department and given a QA Certificate of Analysis that is accepted world wide.

The Customer Insights Group offers a range of information services for the trade.

These services allow suppliers to purchase and gain valuable information about LCBO customers and their buying habits.

The LCBO’s Accounting department seeks to improve collaborative relationships with Suppliers/Vendors and Agents by providing a central place to obtain information and forms, ensuring payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
