Overview
As an invited participant to the LCBO
All Managers Conference Tradeshow, you have the opportunity, in one
venue, to showcase your products and educate all 1100 of LCBO’s Store
Managers, Assistant Store Managers as well as Head Office Managers.
The Tradeshow takes place the afternoon
of April 29, 2008, the first day of a two-day LCBO All Managers Conference.
The conference theme is “Living the Brand”, and the tradeshow is
aimed at getting our sales and marketing leaders pumped, excited and
involved in continuing our mutual objective of growing the beverage
alcohol business.
Exhibitor Information & Forms
The following documents provide you with
everything you need to participate in the tradeshow.
LCBO
- Click on the EXHIBITOR MANUAL for important facts, rental fees, contacts, move-in/move-out, tasting guidelines and regulations
- Download the EXHIBITOR BADGE ORDER FORM to order badges for your booth
- SAMPLE FLOOR MAP AND LOCATIONS
- SPECIAL OCCASION PERMIT for this event. You will need to take a printed copy to an LCBO store in order to purchase your alcohol requirements for the show (Ontario Wineries and Ontario Breweries may purchase through their own retail outlet)
GES (Official Service Contractor)
- Download the BOOTH ORDER FORM. Each vendor must order the mandatory booth design and must fill out the order form
- Download the SHELF CONFIGURATION ORDER FORM. Four shelves will come pre-set in your booth prior to arrival. This form allows you to provide the optimum shelf height based on your bottle height
- Download the MATERIAL HANDLING FORM. If you require assistance to offload product please utilize this form

Metro Toronto Convention Centre
- Download and review the Metro Convention Centre NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS
- Download the BOOTH ICE ORDER FORM, should you require ice/buckets for your booth you must place an order for the ice
- Download the INTERNET ORDER FORM, should you require access to internet in your booth
Showtech
- If you need electrical to your booth, download the ELECTRICAL ORDER FORM
* Note: Custom GES booth comes with two arm lights, you do not need to order power to supply these lights, just fill out this form and order if you need to run equipment i.e. blenders, computers.
